This definitive film charts his career, focusing on what made him famous – his music, his dancing, his genius for concept creation. Among the contributors to the film are Suzanne de Passe, who first discovered the Jackson Five and persuaded Berry Gordy to sign them for Motown; Michael Boddicker , Michael ' s keyboard player ; Steve Barron, his video director; Jim Morey, his ex-manager; tour manager Paul Gongaware; record producer Pete Waterman; and journalists Bomani Jones and Richard Wallace.
